The Opportunity
Ironwood Design Group is seeking a motivated and talented Project Manager to join our growing Nashville studio.

Over the past decade, Ironwood has built a nationally recognized portfolio of award-winning work spanning multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, student housing, healthcare, municipal, campus, public realm, and planning projects throughout the United States. We partner with leading developers, architects, institutions, and municipalities to create memorable environments that strengthen communities, elevate development value, and leave a lasting impact.
As our practice continues to grow and new opportunities emerge, we are looking for an experienced project leader who wants to play an important role in expanding Ironwood's presence in one of the country's most dynamic development markets.
This is an opportunity to work from our Nashville studio while collaborating closely with our established Atlanta team on exceptional projects across the country. You'll have the support of experienced principals, project managers, and designers while enjoying the opportunity to build client relationships, lead meaningful work, and contribute to the continued growth of our Nashville practice.

What You'll Do
Project Leadership
Lead landscape architecture projects from concept through construction administration, guiding successful project delivery while maintaining design quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor project teams, coordinate project efforts, and foster a collaborative, accountable studio culture.
Client & Consultant Relationships
Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful coordination, and responsive project management.
Design Leadership
Lead the design vision and execution of creative, technically sound, and buildable landscape architecture projects that reflect Ironwood's commitment to exceptional design and placemaking.
Firm Growth
Play an active role in the continued success of the firm through exceptional client service, repeat business, professional engagement, collaboration with firm leadership, and the continued success of Ironwood's Nashville practice.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
- Licensed Landscape Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
- Experience leading projects through multiple phases of design and construction.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and project delivery.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
