Job Description : 

We are currently looking for talented, motivated, and ambitious Landscape Architects to join our team in our Miami, FL office. You will work directly with the principal from initial concept design and client meetings to construction documents and site visits. You will help to carry out projects and maintain the firm's design goals, while having creative and technical influence, and further developing stronger professional relationships and more versatile skill sets.

Responsibilities : 

- Working directly and reporting to principal 
- Client management and communication 
- Coordination with consultant team 
- Representing firm in meetings and presentations 
- Production of contract documents 
- Management and mentorship of team members

Skills :

- Excellent coordination and communication skills, time management 
- Strong conceptual, design and graphic skills 
- Ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in response to direction from principal 
- Great interpersonal communication skills 
- A positive attitude 

Requirements

Job Requirements :

- Strong design portfolio 
- A Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architectural degree with experience in Landscape Architecture will be considered 
- 4+ years of Landscape Architecture experience 
- License and other certifications preferred 
- Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office 
- Experience with production of construction documents, permitting process, and construction administration 
- Familiarity of plant material, field observation and planting installation 
- Experience with consultant coordination 
- Client presentation experience 
- Ability to research and confirm zoning requirements
