THE ROLE:

Interested individuals having 0 – 4 years professional experience: Should demonstrate an understanding of the design process, from conceptual design through construction document preparation.

Requirements

Skills desired:

      0-4 years’ experience in Landscape Architecture

      Strong verbal and graphic communication skills, conceptual design, presentation graphics, hand drawing, construction documentation.

      Strong organizational skills.

      Ability to work effectively on multiple projects, establish priorities and maintain schedules while working in a team environment.

      Bay Area plant material knowledge and planting design experience a plus.

      Understanding of construction methodologies and techniques.

      Understanding of grading and drainage a plus.

      Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office. Proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion and Enscape is a plus.

Education:

      A BLA, BSLA or MLA degree.
