- Landscape Architect Project Manager
Description

- Lead and mentor a team of landscape architects by providing guidance and support throughout all project phases to produce high-quality, innovative, and sustainable designs.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project designs.
- Build and nurture client relationships, including networking, preparing proposals, interviewing, and negotiating fees.
- Prepare and deliver project proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Effectively manage project budgets and timelines.
- Continuously improve project processes and techniques.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure team member growth and development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Professional license or registration (RLA/PLA).
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in landscape architecture design and project management.
- Experience with various project types (e.g., parks, commercial, master planned communities, etc.)
- Experience with the entitlement process and site planning.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Experience with project budgeting and cost estimation.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
- Experience with sustainable design principles and practices.
- Knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of landscape architects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
